dashboard: bind 't' to show temps info and 'T' to toggle.
* dashboard.el (dashboard-mode-map): Now 't' is bound to
`durand-view-timers-or-temps` and 'T' is bound to `modeline-toggle`.
The ability to view interesting information is much more important
than that of toggling the modeline, in my opinion.
