TeX: add a hiero-processing function

* tex-conf.el (durand-tex-hiero): Send the region to the executable
  that translates it to the LaTeX commands that produce the
  corresponding hieroglyphs.  This makes it convenient to obtain the
  correct LaTeX codes to use.
